Asylum? They told me it was a dental check up. I thought it was strange putting those things on my head. I remember them having me bite down on a piece of wood, and it's all a bit hazy after that
As for the Ritter - I've been modifying my diet somewhat over the last two weeks, in the hope that me and Mrs. P can eventually fit into the same post code, and to see if it can reduce my blood pressure a bit. First week I lost 2ib, which my brother helpfully informed me is about one shit's worth. Tomorrow I'll weigh myself again and if it looks good I will treat myself to some chocolatey coconutty goodness. I'll have to scoff it in secret though as Anita is doing the Slimming World thing and I want to be supportive.
