One of the features of a nice coffee is often the froth which needs to be hoovered up with a spoon at the end. BUT it is never as sweet as the coffee itself.
My little trick is to sprinkle brown sugar on the surface of the coffee before you drink it. At the end, the froth is beautifully sweet nectar.
