New roaster to try today, The Roastery (part of Bella Barista in Northampton). Not sure which to try first , but they were roasted on the 2nd and the 6th, so I guess it should be the 2nd. I'm rather partial to Colombian beans, so it'll be interesting to see what they are like.
Some people have no idea what they're doing and a lot of them are really good at it.
