HasBean are very good Grant, I used to have a subscription which kind of stopped me from experimenting. If my current round of exploration elsewhere gets irksome I'll go back to them, as they get it right and I don't have to think - the beans just show up

Lol... Yeah, I love sourdough bread, too. It's also great for mopping up pasta sauce!
We should really make our own bread, but simply don't have the time, given all the other things we make from scratch already. I also love a (proper) French baguette, but most of the ones sold here in supermarkets are rather sad examples of such, and but a pale imitation of the real thing.
I always laugh at the "artisan bread" thing, because it's only considered here as such. In Europe, it's just NORMAL bread, as no-one eats the prepackaged sliced shite we have here!
