They are definitely not RAM's although the RAM mini bookshelf used the same drivers albeit tweeter faceplate was rectangular and the bass/ mid was affixed with brackets rather than directly screwed into the cabinet through holes in the bass/mid frame. Suggest spec of those tweeters are checked as they have a tendancy to reduced output also check crossover for out of spec caps - after all, these speakers are more than likely over 30 years old. Falcon sell new tweeter replacements now but the bass/mids have been out of production for many years.
