Lol... All good things eventually come to an end. I just used my Tassimo pod machine, for the first time in months, to make an espresso (then cappuccino). Tasted rank!
...simply because my palate has got used to the taste of freshly ground coffee! And in comparison with that, it just tastes so artificial (bitter and plasticky). Oh well, at least it proves that my considerable efforts in hand-grinding beans, etc, hasn't been in vain!
