Hi,

Couple questions:

1) For the symptom "...nothing shows up" do u mean the Library screen is empty?
2) Is the drive powered externally or does it get power from the USB port?

Music can be in subfolders.

1. Yep the library screen is blank.
2. The drive is powered through the USB port. It's light is on.
