I was listening to my Topping D30 today which was gifted to me recently out of the blue by a mate in exchange for some Pass Amp boards I gifted to him. Nice performer and is "up my street". Googled what is inside it and it is a CS4398. Years ago there was a thread on here about modding a cheap Dac board with a CS4397 in it. I only dug it out the other day and thought that I should give this more air time
