I can't go on and I can't go back, I don't feel so matter of fact,
I tried and tried to make good sense, What's the good to try it all again?

Well, I confess to owning something called Sounds Astounding which is the London Philharmonic playing cheesy classics like 1812/Ode to Joy etc augmented by synths from the mid 70's:-

me and me mates used to get stoned senseless and ROFL like idiots to it, great fun. Every other record I own is of course totally cool....

    Girls Aloud---Biology.

One of their best songs...a guilty pleasure.

I also love The Feeling....fantastic modern AOR/Power Pop...great tunes and melodies.

I forgot my Sam Fox - Touch Me album. A good couple of laughingly pervy tracks on this one

Dan - you forgot to mention that suge babes album!
Although I'm fairly certain that we did discover that the whole album was actually about anal intercourse?? Good times!

I stand by my ting tings album perchace despite constan ribbing from hannah - she also thinks I am rediculas for liking neil diamond, but I see no issue with that what so ever... I guess it all about perspective!
She likes some realy iffy music and is perfectly happy with TMF on the tv, so what right she has to critisise I don't know!?

This is great stuff Guys - keep it coming!

Now where are the Bert Kampfert, Mantovani and James Last aficionados? You're out there somewhere.

I've found a few more titles from my collection:

Chicken Shack, '40 Blue Fingers Freshly Packed and Ready to Serve',

Tom Paxton, 'Peace Will Come', 'Saturday Night', 'New Songs for Old Friends', 'Something in my Life', 'New Songs From the Briarpatch' and ''Heros'. I had quite a shock discovering I had 6 Tom Paxton records.

    Françoise Hardy

    and how about:

The Nice, 'The Thoughts of Emerlist Davjack', 'Ars Longa Vita Brevis', 'The Nice' and 'Five Bridges'?

I don't think I can allow Jean Michel Jarre, but will accept 'Switched-on Bach'!

    Regards
    Barry
