Spent most of the day gardening, specifically taking time removing the roots of a large bush that was starting to affect the neighbour's fence. Bloody hard work - I'm knackered!

Coolish right now (14C) and still feels damp. There wasn't supposed to be much rain today, after yesterday which had enough, but there's been a bit anyway. I think it's starting to dry up a bit, but with no sun it's going to take a while.

been some sun here off and on, you get maybe five minutes at a time then more cloud comes over.
Met are still predicting 28C here for Friday, no cloud either, but it will be windy.

Lovely day today, typically the first full day I've spent in the office suited and booted. Had rather got used to not having to bother for 3 years. Forecast for Friday is 31c!Luckily I am working from home, so shorts will be ok! Then typically again, it all turns miserable for the end of the weekend with 16c and rain showers on Sunday, for my son's birthday BBQ...
Still, a lot can change between now and then...
