I am drinking a sensational Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano that I bought from the Co-op for 12 quid I think, which for this wine is bargain-tastic. It's a DOCG 2015 Riserva.

It's pretty rare to find a VNDM outside of specialist wine stores, so to get a really good one from the Co-op is a real find. Always a favourite of mine on the rare occasions I drink it, I much prefer it to Chianti for example which uses a very similar Sangiovese blend but this is a little darker, with much more depth and texture. Really sumptuous!
