Cool. I like Mutti products, as they're authentic, and sometimes use their pasta sauces if Del hasn't got any homemade stuff in.

Lapsang Souchong is a smoked tea, which I love. In fact I love most smoked products: smoked fish; smoked bacon; smoked cheese, and in this case smoked tea.
It might explain why Laphroaig is my favourite whisky.
Indeed, and I'm the opposite, although I like smoked bacon and fish, also smoked chicken.
With whisky I don't like it smoky or too peaty, much preferring a rich, rounded sherry cask:)

It wouldn't do if we were all the same. :)
Don't think that would be my thing, sounds like something the French would eat, along with escargot :)
Fun fact about the smoked haddock you had last week: Round here it's mostly called 'finny' haddock, name drawn from a fishing village in Aberdeenshire called Findan, where it originated.
I don't think I've ever had it, though I imagine it's a bit like kippers, which I do like.
I've had smoked haddock, it's nice. Kippers are good for breakfast when you're staying in a nice hotel, as the stench of cooking them at home is unbearable.

£7.24's worth of Lemon Sole. You really need three of those for a meal.
Nice, but insanely expensive per pound of flesh.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...c18ae5429a.jpg
Nice, Justers... Where did you get the sole from?

 Whilst the French do make whisky, with Armorik being their most notable Malt, Laphroaig is actually a Scotch whisky made in Islay.
Islay is the southernmost island of the inner Hebrides. Islay boasts several fine whisky distilleries, Laphroaig being only one of them.
Other notable Islay whiskys are: Ardberg; Bunnahabhain; Bruichladdich, and Islay Storm.
