Armitron do some nice replicas, bit small at 34mm, available on Amazon.

Twenty four years since I last bought a watch.
They've been around since 1970s

My Squale, had this about a year now, but only started wearing it recently, first thought I liked it, then I hated it, now I love it.

Picked this up on Amazon a few weeks ago, automatic, genuine leather strap, but bloody useless as a watch as the hands are far too thin, but who uses a watch to tell the time these days when you’re sat in front of a computer or device most of the day? a nice piece of wrist jewellery!

Could have worse things on your wrist? Apple Watch?

My Armitron has been dispatched but does not get here until 20th.
Not sure if it's being transported by pack animal down the silk road or something. Or maybe they are building it to order. I mean I know you have to wait ages for a new BMW but a cheap watch?
Had a look at the page I ordered it off and there is some blurb about US imports so maybe it is coming from there?
looks good. new name
Been around a while

My Armitron arrived:

Looks pretty good, how does the quality of strap and case seem?
Good enough, case seems pretty solid and well finished, the bracelet not so solid but adequate.
Took it to the watch bloke down the market to have the bracelet adjusted, he wasn't too impressed with it but you can't be too picky for £32 delivered.
It's a good looking watch IMO and it's quite small so right size for me, doesn't look like I've got a kitchen clock strapped to my wrist.
this thread is far to long for me to read.
i have a Breitling that i am looking to move on.
anybody recommend a good dealer that wont rip me off?
Quick catch up

i like the ratio
It's actually greener than that in real life (love a green watch!).
Creation had a couple of offers on so got it for less than a ton including a Seiko rubber strap. It's a cut above Steeldive's at around the same price. Bracelet was good quality but the pin and collar size adjustment system fooled me for a wee while.
quite stylish
yeah that's quite swanky.
Agreed - one of the least 'chunky' watches you've sported for some time. Dial is still too large to my taste, but otherwise nicely stylish.
Always good to get Bazza’s nod of approval [emoji6]

Been playing football with my partners grandkids this weekend and needed something suitable to time ‘just ten more minutes’

Nice enough for that type of watch. Prefer it to the others
Quite cool
Felt like a Rolex day
