Not sure what they all changed but if memory serves the port was changed. Mk 2 looked nicer too but mk1 was the better I think

Bit rich for me at the moment.......but one day. And a weee bit too big for my listening space, another pair of the L710s would do me nicely. Never heard speakers do sax and bass like them.......:eek:astonishingly lifelike.
Bet they would sound lovely in that big room of yours with a Krell up 'em:eyebrows: and they really do bass properly without a wall behind them.
Better than a big screen tv for crimbo? Oh yes.
LOL, the Krell ate up 90 per cent of the big telly budget. No more spending for me for a while.
I sort of justified the Krell on the ground that classic hi-fi will hold its value better than pound notes. It's rationalising I know but the same applies to the Beards.
I know exactly where you're coming from, I'm frantically trying to sell some speakers and Renaissance Audio monos before the Beards disappear into the ether.
