I did exactly the same with Caravan's 'Blind Dog at St.Dunstans', bought simply for the cover, though I always did like Caravan.
Strangely, one of my least favourite Van Halen albums; I don't think that particular album was recorded when the band were totally united and, the sound and vibe of the recording/production isn't that good either. The one thing I did like is the strange dig at Dave Lee Roth contained in the title of the album. That dig was in response to the title of Dave Lee Roth's (superb) Eat Em And Smile so Van Halen basically said "Oh You Ate One Too." Rock star ego's at play!!! :doh: :doh:Quote:
