I agree with Roy. The main dial displays a time of 10.11 and 24 seconds, which tallies with that of the smaller dial whose hand is just past 10.
As to being able to distinguish between AM and PM, well that should be obvious, unless one is in either the Arctic or Antarctica! :lol:
It's a modern style variation on the sun and moon complication, which would look incongruous on a modern watch. It's just a matter of preference some people like extra features on a watch.Quote:
