Yeah I stirred it with a teaspoon to blend all the milk in with the coffee. Then used the very last of the milk to do the +/-.
I'm not claiming talent here:D

Lol - trust me it wasn't - very rich and tasty. Two shots of espresso is plenty in that cup... Cappuccino isn't supposed to be strong [traditionally in Italy] - just a bit more so than a latte. It's the lighting making it look 'pale':D
Marco.
i'd keep it running til half full personally then add milk
Nevermind come round to my new pad and my Barrista will train you propa.

Lol - I don't need a barista to train me how to make a cappuccino. I'm Italian, so I *know* what a cappuccino should taste like, for ITALIANS in ITALY!:ner::D
I've also been drinking them for the best part of 50 years...
That's not to say I wouldn't also like it made differently for a change [either by your 'barista' or you, lol], but I'm normally a traditionalist, so enjoy my food and drink served in an authentic and traditional way:)
Marco.
Yeah I know you enjoy it like that mate, and that's cool, but that's not how it's done in Italy:)
Can you imagine how much it would cost cafes and restaurants, and what they'd have to charge to make a profit, if they put that much espresso inside a cappuccino?
Marco.
