That dig was in response to the title of Dave Lee Roth's (superb) Eat Em And Smile so Van Halen basically said "Oh You Ate One Too." Rock star ego's at play!!!
If you compare OU812 album (the second Van Halen album with Sammy Hagar) to the first Van Halen album with Sammy Hagar, (5150) there's no comparison!!!! Consequently, if you compare 5150 (the first Van Halen album with Sammy Hagar) to the first Dave Lee Roth solo album, the superb Eat Em And Smile, then its hard to pick a winner!!!!
