We're off to the AoS Library this week, to take a look at the Bibliography of Hi-Fi Literature. Why don't you see if there's anything that you fancy seeking out & reading? Why don't you tell us if you know of any books that should be included in the list?

I'm offering this thread as a possible subject for ressurection because of something Colin Wonfor said in his introductory post in the Welcome section a few days ago. He said that one of the reasons he reads hi-fi fora is so that he can keep tabs on what potential customers really want from a product (or words to that effect).
It ties in nicely with a thread from back in the mists of time.
So, here's your chance to tell hi-fi design engineers what you want them to make for you - make the most of it!

I was away last week & preoccupied with something else last night, so after two Sundays on the trot without disturbing the deceased, it's time for a quick one.
Recently there was a bit of talk about platter mats & I & others suggested some ways of making one from cork and cork/rubber compounds. Well, it turns out that hiding away in the back of AoS there was another idea.
