When trying to find details of when it is on I came across tons of stuff about the many conspiracy theories as to what may have happened to the plane and why. I find them fascinating as you just never know if any them could be true. There were many about 9/11 and some of them seemed quite plausible....to me anyway.

I've been fettling one of the bicycles and as it's a nice evening I took it out for a brief shakedown ride. I did less than a mile, but all seems well, just a bit of gear cable adjusting needed to clean up the changes. First time I've used one for a couple of years, surprised I didn't start puffing :).

I found a scruffy vintage Puch racer dumped in the street years ago. I tarted it up a bit, put flat bars on and rode it to work (and the pub) for ten years. It was a good bike! Did over 2000 miles a year on it.
