yup i was on 100% renew too via bulb, who are now in special admin. ive just upped my payments a bit again, even though ive about 300 in credit with them at moment. im currently working out what i can do without power wise. fortunately i dont use a lot of power charging car up(about once a week and only a part charge), but i dont have a low rate for it. My partner finds the cold easily (she's African), so the heating in our house is set at 23C. This is an obvious energy saving we could make: turn down the thermostat and just wear more layers of clothing. All the light bulbs are the low energy LED types, so no saving there.

Me and Mrs. Pony have started bath-sharing. When we are both in it we only need a half a kettle to fill up the bath :) Not sure how long the floor under the bath will cope, good thing we live in a bungalow :)

A long while ago we stayed at a B+B in the Kendal area, stayed at the same one a few times.
On our first visit we spent a looong time in the bathroom (wink, wink), on a subsequent visit we got to see the visitors book. The hosts had described us as 'an odd couple' :eyebrows:

Remember seeing that when it happened. Thankfully the jury saw sense and the farmer was not guilty, but must still have been stressful for him. As for the little runts (yes, that’s an “r” :lol: ) that caused all this in the first place... grrrrrrrrr!

In my view the Colston statue is now just where it needs to be. But the "Colston 4" aren't. And I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that some of the jury were made to feel that finding them guilty might be seen as racist. The "woke" brigade will stop at nothing to get their own way imo.
