There is no possible way it could have been faked and have remained a secret all this time.
As it says in there, there were around 400,000 people in total involved with the Apollo programme. That many people and no leaked proof of fakery speaks for itself.

doubt that technology was available at that time anyways ... I dont doubt that there are people in the us service that could make plans for all the conspiricy theorys to happen but actually making a plan happen and keeping it secret is nigh on impossible even in a closed state like the former USSR far less the USA.
