His so obviously false bonhomie, his forced amiability, his so patronising presentation style, especially in 'eat well for less'. I can't believe how long this programme has run, how many times do you need to be told supermarkets own brands are cheaper and usually as good if not better than the big named brands. Of course you can replicate a takeaway meal using your own ingredients cheaper than ordering out but that's missing the point. It's a treat and saves you having to cook.Quote:
