ITV got 4 channels which except for ITV4 are wall-to-wall wank. Yet if they want to put on women's cricket or some other total non-event they put it on the only channel that shows anything good.

I’m a big British Touring Car Championship fan, and grateful for the ITV4 coverage but I can see losing over 7 hours of normal scheduling on race Sundays would be a right ball ache if you don’t like it...

Actually I do sometimes watch the TCC...although it's not as good as it used to be in the 70s and 80s.

Is that the one where the sailor gets home to see his wife and new baby and there's a gap in the terrace where his house stood after a bomb landed there?

Can see how that would affect the audience at the time.
