They got some nice bits, like the female body vases.

Yeah I like that one, too. Would it go in your new pad?:)
Like you say, they have some nice stuff, which is a bit different from the norm.
Marco.
75 notes and no bulb? a bloody rip off:ner:
Lol - £60, with the 20% off your first order, and I prefer inserting my own 'bulbs':D
Of course, you can pay several hundred pounds for a genuine Anglepoise.

always best using your own bulb i guess;) as long as its not knackered:D
Indeed; the princess would INSIST on nothing less!!:eyebrows:
Marco.
Make sure you use an incandescent (tungsten) light bulb: pickup cartridges like to be a little warmer than the average room temperature.
I have a genuine Anglepoise lamp, but I wouldn't pay hundreds for it.

Indeed (on both counts), but in terms of the latter, that's what some can fetch: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274548507085?hash=item3fec5dc1cd:g:7ncAAOSw4A1flfi i
I've seen a few at £300-400, too!
Marco.

A mere snip at £2950!
Lol - doesn't look much different from mine at £60!!:D
Marco.
This is mine: the Model 90 (1973 - 1985)

Though mine is a sort of fawn colour (appropriate for the '70s).
Apparently they are still available for £90 (which is considerably more than was paid for at the time):

Nice... Does it provide the cosy glow, in order for your dining quarters, replete with appropriate 70s 'kitchenalia', to successfully double as a Berni Inn?:D;)
Marco.
