Ralph, I'm not sure where Nick's instructions are either, so here are some more:

Open a 'reply to thread' box - this is where you'll find the 'You Tube' code button.
Copy & paste the bit after the = sign. Your link also has a suffix with another = sign.

Highlight it.
Click the 'You Tube' logo icon in the top of the Reply to thread box



Alternatively after you've pasted the correct part of the URL, just prefix it with (square bracket)YT (square bracket) and suffix with(square bracket) /YT (square bracket)
