Pre amp with good headphone facility.

Can anyone suggest a good second hand pre amp to look out for with a really good headphone amp on board? I may even consider an integrated too.

Audio-GD NFB1 Amp 2017 (fully balanced) or C2 2017 (single-ended). Or NFB 28/28.38 if you want a fantastic DAC section.

You should try a Leben CS-300, which is the best headphone amp I came across in an integrated.
