Hi guys,

I'm Devon. I just joined the thread today after finding an interesting thread on some specific information on SPUs.

Sorry I didn't find this welcome forum and went straight into the thread that lead me to this group.

I'm interested in learning more about historical data on the Ortofon SPU cart, and I've posted some questions in the "A Short History on Early Ortofon Pickups" thread.

I've built pretty much everything in my system. I base my design philosophy mainly on the Altec / Western Electric / single ended amp / horn loaded speaker schools.

I hope you guys have some of the info I'm looking for, and find the discussion interesting. I also hope that I can contribute some useful information as well.
