WTD Headphone setup

Hi All

I think I may have to re-think my Earmax head amp quest.

I'm basically looking for a nice set of headphones and (hopefully/preferably) a valve head amp or a Stax/Jecklin type system.

The bad news is budget, I really cannot spend any more than £300 all in, but really could do with spending just £260 or less!

I know it's a lot to ask for that budget, but I'm trying to get myself a decent system again without getting into the mess that caused me to sell the stuff in the first place

The Beresford Dacs make good headphone amps if you have a digital source

Doesn't have to be a amp and headphone package

So please PM me if you have any headphones (senn 600/650's, AKG. anything really - prefer a warmish phone though)
And any amps - earmax, icon audio, darkvoice etc

Would love to try a an old stax or jecklin float type phone too.

I've managed to increase the budget to a max of £450, but that is the absolute limit.

Hopefully, that may give me a few more options.:)
