I had a 9000 on my DL-103, and it was a stunning combo. It's probably one of the most solidly engineered detachable headshells I've used. Google for best prices!

cheers Marco, LH2000 looks the business. Now to find one :)

Yes picked up a Miyajima Spirit mono which is super low compliance and reputedly sounds a bit thin unless it's in real high mass territory. Trying to get the cartridge + headshell up to the same sort of 31g territory as the Io on the heavyweight headshell it's on.

I had the Miyajima Kotetu before but although it had its moments it was outclassed easily by an SPU Mono GM. The Spirit is supposed to be a bit of a jump up.

Yes but I'm a cheapskate and would never buy anything new if it can be had second hand or ex-dem :)
