Stereo Interconnects

After a great polarizing discussion I started on Mains cables I am hesitant to ask which Interconnect first! :lol: But the help I had from the AOS folk was very useful and enlightening. I am by nature sceptical regarding cables and their abilities but from my own ears I did notice a difference which I thought beneficial.

I am now moving on to my interconnects and again could I pose the question which interconnect is the most important to upgrade first ie pre/power or CD/pre etc....?

There is a school of thought that says start closest to the source and work down stream. You must have encountered that.

The sound quality will likely be kept down to the standard of the poorest cable regardless of its position in the system.
