£18 for that Chinese one? It would be around £400 if you bought it from me. The parts would cost me (including the case and PSU) around £70-£100 as I would be using good quality, branded western parts... The rest the labour to hand build it which would take 10+ hours. I also wouldn't put a crude and hardly filtered SMPS in the middle of the board! Expect it to give nearly as much output from the SMPS @ 30KHz or more as it does signal!!
