Cracked open a lump of 'Sandham's Cloth-bound Creamy Lancashire' tonight, scoffed with it with some Appleby's Chesire (which is rapidly becoming my favourite cheese ever).
This is proper cheese! - The Sandham's is a quite soft Lancashire (not in the least bit crumbly, though) quite a mild flavour, but tasty with it.
The Appleby:
Cheese makes me gag and vomit. I don't know why? I thing it's an aversion to socks.

I keep thinking that the top rind of that cheese would make a great speaker cone. Not sure if it would need a crossover though.

I'm Chad.
Three year gouda and raw milk Manchego have been my go-to lately.
I was introduced to Comté when I went to Borough Market in London, sadly haven't been back latey to get some more. Waitrose stocks the same brand, but it though it seems more expensive. Luckily they also sell have under their own name a Marcel Petit Comté, which is also pretty good a much more affordable.

Tesco sell a decent Compté. In fact type in "Compté cheese at Tesco" into Google and the ninth hit is someting I wrote in this thread:
