Here's another that deserves a plug

A great selection of second hand in a great location, and really nice people to deal with too ...

    Great idea for a thread

I often use CD Wow for CDs, DVDs etc, but just noticed they are now starting to do some vinyl too.

Quite a lot of 180 gram in there, prices look pretty good, though I'm not an expert in these matters! (Free shipping on everything, too!)

I thought I'd add a few links from some sites I like buying from.

Proper bricks-and-mortar record shops with an online presence:

    Norman Records

    Rough Trade

    Piccadilly Records

    Record labels:

Chemikal Underground (a slightly faded star amongst indie labels; the former home of Mogwai and The Delgados, now without any 'big' names.)

Domino Records (current home of Arctic Monkeys and, more importantly, The Fall)

Damaged Goods (home of Billy Childish's numerous guises)

And a big community-type effort like GEMM / Netsounds:

The shops are 'indie' by nature, but have a vast and comprehensive stock if that's what you're looking for.

CD Wow have usually been excellent, but I ordered 4 cds from them on the 9th December, and have only received them in the last week - not sure what is going on with them, as although they are Hong Kong based, the packages appear to be coming from Switzerland. Just thought I'd mention it, might just have been the Christmas demand though.
