Lettice, cocktail tomatoes and beetroot
with freshwater prawns, hardboiled egg, carrot, capers, tossed in mayonaisse with fresh basil and oregano
and a celery, cucumber and radish salad with fresh basil and dill
plus Happy's secret recipie vinegrette.
Washed down with a 2020 White Grenache 'Rosé'.
Fresh mango with plain yoghurt for pudding.

For tea tonight - nothing, as we had a fairly big lunch at our local Turkish restaurant:
Jumbo Prawns - peeled and sautéed king prawns with garlic, fresh tomatoes and onion
Wrapped Lamb Beyti - marinated minced lamb with garlic and herbs, chargrilled and wrapped in a Lavash bread and a tomatoe sauce, then drizzled with memted butter. Served with rice and salad.
All washed down with Efes beer.
