Some great looking dinners, Roy’s roast especially... and Ian’s for a catering dinner.
Inspired by a post a while back from Barry I realised I had‘t had Ratatouille in about 20 years! I’ve made it a few times, cheated tonight by using tinned tomatoes but it was still lovely.
Berni Inn style garnished roast citrus and smoked paprika salmon, garlic and lemon prawns. Yum!

Tonight at Berni Suffolk we had griddled tuna steaks with spicy potato wedge “crabs” and minted mushy peas.
Followed up with a trip to the vets as puppy started foaming at the mouth, but I can’t blame my cooking, something he picked up in the garden...

Thanks Guy. They gave him an injection to make him sick, but couldn’t really identify what it was that was affecting him. We brought him home with some charcoal medicine just in case but he seems to be fine, a bit grumpy at first (as anyone would be!) and it will now be much closer supervision in the garden - even closer once we see what the vet bill is I would imagine!
