I intend to follow your lead on the roasted tomatoes - what temperature and how long in oven? (couple of hours at 120?)

I roasted them for an hour at 180, until the skins charred and pretty much fell away and were easy to remove.

I was roasting a "piri piri" chicken this afternoon (going to leave it to cool and have with salad this evening - got to use up the tomatoes some how), so thought I may as well roast some tomatoes at the same time (very small, "gardeners delight) with garlic, olive oil and a touch of brown sugar). Once whizzed up, I think I will use the roasted tomato as a pizza topping.
