    Nice, but just watch with those dried herbs mate, as they can be rather overpowering!

    So when are we getting to see the Girasoli with sage and butter - have all the ingredients arrived?

    yeah not to many in it... mostly paprika and some mixed herbs. ive got stuff for pasta too so will have that too. this i wanted to get cooked at least. i can then vac seal it and it'll keep.

    edit. a teaspoon of arrowroot and its thicker now. it will get heated up later and cream added to finish it off..

    its called pork alla creme.. an old recipe of mine. have it with rice usually.

    Do you use arrowroot a bit like cornflour then? To help thicken a sauce/gravy?
