Cheers Marco, I had planned to have some wine with it (bought a few bottles to take advantage of Morrison's "buy 6 get 25% off" deal). Unfortunately, Fliss is on antibiotics pre dental work, so I feel obliged to join her in no alcohol for a few days

Another simple (but tasty) lunch today, enjoyed al fresco... Gloucestershire 'old spot' pork chop (infused with garlic and herbs), nicely chargrilled on the BBQ and served once again with some dressed salad leaves from our garden, and a wedge of lemon:

A loving close-up (cracking was awesome!):

...and washed down with a rather nice chilled glass of white from Greece.

That Malbec came from Iceland. It’s either there or Asda I use for wine, haven’t been back to Aldi’s yet but still have your previous recommendations stored on my phone

Good stuff... We don't go to Iceland, but next time I'm in Asda, I'll scan the Malbecs and see if there's any I fancy and let you know.

Which other reds do you drink, and what about white?
