24 hour marinaded cod in mirin, sake, miso paste and agave syrup.
Pak Choi and sugar snap peas in a tablespoon of soy sauce.
Wholegrain rice, freekeh and wheat berries.
Toasted sesame seeds.
ITSU inspired but not followed to the letter and very good indeed.
7 hour slow cooked (from scratch) beef bourguignon with sauteed courgettes and steamed spuds.
Doesn't look much but, hell that was rich. Probably the full bottle of red wine that did it!
Should keep me going for a few days
Yesterday: a carrot, tuna, avocado, beetroot and sweetcorn salad to start
followed by baked gammon joint, with new potatoes, baby beetroot, green beans, leeks and brocolli
washed down with a 2014 Chateau Brown, Pessac-Léognan

Avocado with vinegrette dressing, followed by T-bone steak (medium rare), with a pepper source (so steak au poivre), with new potatoes, asparagus, carrot, brocolli and a leek, onion, tomatoe and garlic compot.
Washed down with a 2017 Chateau Le Bonalguet, Bordeaux.
