Sure, but neither has the opposite been proven. I'm perfectly happy though that there is no (or very negligible) danger, given the observing of the measures I've outlined.
It's understandable mate, given your health issues, that you're being extra cautious, but for the rest of us, we have to get some enjoyment from life [and eating well for us is a vital in that respect], as the lockdown has taken away so many of the simple pleasures we would normally enjoy
When you're not used to effectively living like a recluse, and shock horror, having a social life, this lockdown is a rather BIG culture shock!!
