Bacon and sausages were from our butcher, poached eggs (from eggs in white shells, remember those, lol?) sourced from the local farm shop, beans and San Marzano vine tomatoes from Lidl, accompanied by some fried bread, to mop up the (subsequent when dipped in with toast) runny yolk:
