    Oh right... I wasn't a big enough fan of the series to remember that

    Cheers... Yeah, legs also work, but in America it would traditionally be ribs or wings that are served, and as it was an American dish, we used wings (also because I had ribs the other day). Remember what I said earlier about putting the right bits together (what traditionally would accompany what)?

    The charring is because they were chargrilled on the BBQ. Makes a big difference to the flavour!

    That looks good, correct pasta as well, recipe? I hear some use pork as well as beef, I used to make one which added milk at the end, as ever though, time is the real ingredient here...
