yes its well done, but in a falling apart way yet full of flavour too. its a good way to do steak that isnt fillet if you like it tender.Looks good Grant but would that constitute a 'well done' steak or with that amount of pressure cooking would it be 'nuked'?
i might add it was an oldish steak and another reason i cooked it that way
