    I forgot the last part.

    Cutting the loaf.

    Difficulty rating: 9.5/10

By far the hardest part, if you're not mixing the dough by hand. Takes ages to get through a loaf in one go, is hard work, makes a total friggin' mess and it is VERY hard to get consistent thickness.

Consistent thickness by hand is impossible.

Baked Pork & Red Pesto Meatballs. Thought I’d try this out, another made up recipe before I got out of bed this morning.

Tried a sneaky one and they taste bloody nice.

Pork Mince, Red Pesto, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, S&P

No eggs in this as I haven’t got any.

Having these in a nice sauce made from passata (Mutti), olive oil, garlic and fresh Basil from the balcony garden.

Only pasta to hand is Linguini.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

    That looks A.

Marco looks B. Good idea scoring chop fat keeps 'em flat.

Not rating Grant's bet he didn't make it.

I had two apples so far, I'll give that a D-. Just can't be arsed tonight. Had bread for yesterday's supper, breakfast and lunch (beef and horseradish sarnie).

Lol yeah, that was defo a B, but for today, based on the fact that Del and I were partying in our garden until 3am with a group of 20-30 year olds [mostly Del's friends from work], it was good enough

    Tony's is defo an 'A'
