Pork loin steaks with a pureé of leek, cabbage, brocolli, ginger and garlic. Boiled potatoes and steamed peas, green beans and red pepper.
Profiteroles for dessert .
Washed down with a 2011 Chateau d'Aurilhac, Haute Médoc (49% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.5% Petit Verdot and 2.5% Cabernet Franc. 13% ABV)
