    I don't often photograph Del's meals, as she's veggie, so what she eats often doesn't look particularly spectacular, but I thought the salad she had today with walnuts, dressed with a homemade fresh mustard vinaigrette, looked rather appetising:

    Nice mate, but watch all those carbs!

    Best to try and vary your diet a bit.... And get out to the shops again (instead of just buying stuff online) to facilitate it. The physical exercise involved, and benefit to your mental well-being, coupled with having access to a wider variety of healthy foods, would benefit you greatly

    Don't just settle for becoming a recluse or a prisoner within the same four walls. As you know, all said with the greatest of respect and affection.
