Just to explain what the antipasti consist of... In the centre is some wild rocket dressed with olive oil and lemon juice (which Parmesan shavings were added to later), then clockwise:
Coppa (Italian cured meat).
Assorted marinated fresh peppers with fresh basil.
Borlotti beans with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and red onions.
Chargrilled courgettes (from our garden) marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and mint.
Spaghetti getting prepped...
Fresh tomato sauce, made with San Marzano cherry vine tomatoes and Mutti Roma tinned tomatoes and fresh basil, to which tuna is about to be added.
