OK, What's For Lunch or Tea Today?
I like stovies too. Use mince or leftover meat. Most of potatoes remain as cubes and only some mashed with fork. Also put onions in and lamb stock. Do tatties par boiled first. Yup Ive made it that way too although it becomes more of a hybrid hash/stovies. Lorne sausage we call Glasgow sausage but really should be called Ayrshire sliced sausage

Very much doubt if it will be edible. Ive tried the stuff like that and binned it. You need to get it from a good Scottish butcher, preferably in west of Scotland or central. The recipe is nothing like the supermarket crap
