Cheers to that! I'm sure whatever you choose it will turn out great.

I can tell you, if I were married to a chef I'd weigh 300 pounds.

BTW, our thanksgiving holiday was back in October, but we have American friends arriving today for the weekend, and of course it's their thanksgiving now so I'm roasting another turkey in the egg on Saturday. Can't wait for another feast

    Resist! You must resist!

....and in the darkened kitchen, Ben's wife whispers to herself with an evil laugh "Resistance is futile!"

Just sparked up the wsm again, tonight it's chicken breasts stuffed with cheese & wrapped in bacon. With a squash, potato & veg bake with a manchego cheese topping.

Sounds fantastic! Your dog looks quite content hanging around the warm smoker too Happy smile.

And here on this side of the Atlantic I'm about to brush the snow off the kamado and light it up for a turkey roast. My wife insists on a stuffing and wants the drippings for gravy, so no smoking for this bird -- just slow roasting at lowish temp. (~300 deg.). Will still get a hint of smoky flavour from the charcoal. Should be good...

    Enjoy!
